It was such a pleasure to have been served by Mervin Mallari. He had such great positive attitude, and went above and beyond with helping us during our visit. He gave us honest advise and answered our question. On this visit, we had our 85K service, got our tires replaced and they found a leak on the transmission... Mervin was very attentive and again was very helpful in arranging for us to have a loaner car... and he made all effort to contact warranty service to get our transmission issue get settled. We are very happy and thankful for all his help.

Does it take over 2.5 hours for an appointed oil change appointment to get completed? This is pretty ridiculous of you ask me. The car servicing is great, but time management was not.
