I have been here before multiple times and every time I have came here I’ve always been told in detail of what is wrong with my car, what needs to be done, if I would like them to fix the issue now and the pricing of everything. This time I was not told what was wrong with my car until after they were finished so I was unable to get them to fix some of the minor issues with my car. I usually have free oil changes and am told of what will be getting done on my car and if my warranty still covers that. This time, I was told my car was due for an oil change in 2000 miles and if I just wanted to go ahead and do it now. I said yes because I am usually informed of any pricing before hand but I was not told of any pricing until I was checking out and was told I owed $71. I would suggest having the people who work on the cars and know what they are doing to advise us what is going on with our car and the pricing like before. This is the first time I have had an issue at Toyota and not 100% told of what was going on and my options for my car.

I had a 10:30 appointment to replace the aux battery and one headlights my 2005 Prius. I waited 30 minutes before anyone talked to me. Then Jason quoted me prices that were much higher than other people at your business had told me on the phone, in spite of my having a 10% discount coupon. Then it took 3 hours to have this little bit of work done. It felt like I was dealing with a totally different business than Piercy Toyota was in the past. Perhaps there has been a change in management. I plan to look for a different place for my automotive needs.
