Dexter was able to get my car maintenance done well. One feedback for him Is he needs to promptly provide status updates to customer instead of making customer follow up every time.

The service is good. But I am not completely sure if all the thing they ask me to change/adjust is completely necessary. The price is just way too crazy. The maintenance fee is like 1/10 of my car's current values. And, I don't feel much difference after the maintenance. Perhaps, it will be better if the service center can provide actual measurement record to show that the replacement is necessary. Thanks.
