Engine oil was over filled--some had to be drained. Wiper fluid was not topped off like the service sheet indicated-- had to fillled, oil was dripped on the engine cover along with handprints--needed to be cleaned. Brian Woods made an adjustment to the bill, though, but it was an Inconvenience to have to wait for the repairs to be made. Also, key was left in the ignition after being brought up by the attendant, while we were still inside the building--anyone could have driven off in my car!
