This was our second time going to Piercy Toyota, and the first experience was already pretty bad but we wanted to give it another shot. Well, this was our last time ever coming back to this place and honestly, I dont even want a phone call to try to stop it. I'll also be telling others not to attend because of the awful service. Employees are rude, uneducated and honestly do not listen to the customer what so ever. You also can hardly tell who works there or not because not everyone is in uniform, as well as no name tags for employees. The pickup service they have is awful too! We just wanted to go down the street to the mall, and our shuttle never came when it said it would. We waited 20 minutes extra before deciding to cancel since wed barely have enough time at the mall at that point. Honestly this place needs to get it together. I'm not sure if management is up to par if this is how the place is run. Maybe it needs new management or for corporate to stay awhile and see how unprofessional this place is.

No online specials/deals for oil change for 2015 RAV4. Reason why I often go to Capital Toyota due to specials... Service crew give discount when asked for, no questions asked. Told that the 1/2 synthetic oil was just for older model Toyotas. Please specify that online. Thank you.
