I had a very different experience when I first brought my vehicle in a few months ago to Piercey. So much so that I didn’t even want to return but because I live in Milpitas I wanted to give the dealership another try. I’m glad I did because I was able to work with Mr. Martinez who absolutely exceptional. Not only was he kind and courteous, but he explained everything that would happen on my service day And continued to update me throughout the day after assisting me with a shuttle ride back to work. For any future services I have scheduled I hope to work with Mr. Martinez.
