Dear Piercey Toyota Customers Services,
I was so frustrated to wait for more than one hours without any customer service men or women to come and ask what type of service do I need and why I was there. I did not make an appointment but it does not mean you are racist about customer with or without appointment. We are either making appointment or not we are still your customers, but you are treated us like animals because we did not make an appointment.
There are two lanes, which specifies clearly none appointment and appointment, and the sight is clearly , which does not indicate the % of cars you will take in for both lanes.
I was sitting in my cars for one hours and there were four cars in front of me.. there were about 20 cars of the appointment lane and your customer service men treated very nice and take them within 5-10 minutes, but none appointment, you never asked and never say anything.. this is very bad customer service and reputation of Piercey Toyota.. I bought two cars from you and advertise at least two two three employees to purchase Toyota cars last year. Why did I do that and the customer treated me like animal.
Then, there were two people in front of me were very frustrated and came out screaming and i decided to call total free number for customers service. After to talked and waited for more than 10 minutes, service man whose name is Brian came out, and I believe that he is service manager and he keeps saying that he has to take appointment first. I told him that if you are human, then have to treat people equally. He can not take 15-20 cars of appointment and take only one car for none appointment, this is a completely stupid policy and it is not human. Then, he still argue with me for a while, I asked him if he does not want to take my car, please let me know so I can drive back home to post online how you care about your customers.
I had my coworker, who brought his car. To Tracy Toyota, and they treated appointment and none appointment equally.. within 5 minutes, and they take him in.. I will share my experience of the Piercey Toyota customers service.

Diana is courteous and accommodating to the needs of my car. I did not setup an appointment for the scheduled maintenance for the car. I just drove in to the non-appointments lane and waited just a tad longer than expected but she was there to take my for service. I was satisfied. Thanks!
