My car was serviced at Piercey a few weeks ago but when I picked up the car, I noticed an issue which relates to windshield wiper. But since I was late for work, I did not bother to come back to address the issue until recently. When I brought it back, I got blamed for it even if my car is just 4 months old.

We have a 2016 RAV 4 with approximately 14,850 miles. I brought it in for an oil change service. When it came time to write up the paperwork the advisor announced a long list of things that should be done. I thought we agreed for oil change / multipoint inspection and an alinement. I guess someone decided it didn’t need to be done ? Next time I come in I’ll make an appointment with Jason Martinez
