I came to drop off my car in the evening to be worked on the next day. I had at least three employees walk past me without saying a word but offering service to other people picking up their cars. I get it, it’s the end of the day and it’s busy in that regard, but there were service advisors that did not have customers in front of them but didn’t bother to look up to see I was waiting. I literally stood there for 10-15 minutes before Viet approached me. The worst experience ever. Also when I picked up my car there was another customer waiting for hers. The young guy that brought her car around rounded the corner like he was at a drifting competition!! I would have been royally pissed if that was my car. I really don’t think I’m going to come back here anymore.
