My car was dead after the recall service after driving for
15 mins. We tried to investigate the issue to avoid any misunderstanding before towing back to dealership. The issue was not related to the battery or alternator. We could not figure out the reasons. I brought my car back to the dealership. I spoke with the officer that this might be related to the recall. The representative told me it was the alternator. We tried to explain that this was unrelated to that because we changed the new one. The representative insisted that they had to change it and charged me no matter if it was related or not. I asked them if it turned out if it was not related to the alternator, do I still have to pay for that? The answer is that I have to pay for that no matter what. I do not want to pay for changing the part which is unnecessary. My car had been working for so many years. I had nothing to do now. The team was asking me to pay a lot of money which may not be necessary. I feel very uncomfortable with the experience.
