Cuong Dong was fine - helpful, courteous, knowledgeable & efficient. My disappointment with service extends back to 1st contact knowledgeable 1/7/22 when car was first brought in for a dead 12v battery. Was told it was back ordered & I'd be on waiting. I was to be notified when battery was available bit heard nothing. Brought car back after buying a 3rd party unit to be installed by your service department. Mr. Dong advised that a Toyota battery was available. I'm just disappointed with the lack of communication from dealership.

Taking advantage of people especially women, convincing that you need services that actually you don’t need especially if the car has very low mileage. Needs alignment, engine flush on a 2 1/2 yr old car, spent almost $360, money is tight and there’s still people fooling others just to make money from people who’s working hard just to make ends meet.
