It was just a oil change service and my advisor was very helpful with the questions I asked. Loved the shuttle service. It was a good experience overall

My car is 2019 Camry hybrid. The oil change period is every 10k instead of 5k for a hybrid car. I went for 25k maintenance. There was no need to do oil change. However the staff didn't show her profession. She ordered oil change for my car and charged me oil change fee.

I would appreciate a phone call once my vehicle is ready. The service advisor even assured me a time and to give me a call once its ready. She kept saying she called and left a voice mail but I never received a phone call or even a missed call and a voicemail. My phone is on, with signal and with me all the time since I was waiting for the said call because we have plans that day and needed the car.
Next time I would appreciate it if she just stayed honest and just told me that she forgot to call and apologized for it.
