I looked under the hood of my car today and I found the clips unlatched to the air cleaner box. I noticed that THE CAR WAS MAKING MORE NOISE THAN I REMEMBER SO I LOOKED. In addition there is corrosion on the battery cables that was not addressed. While I was at the dealership I was offered new wiper blades and throttle body cleaning. Nothing was said about the corrosion on the battery cables. The additional suggested services were declined because I felt that it was a way to increase the cost of the 30,000 service and was not needed. I put my trust in your dealership and I now am concerned that I just wasted 212.00. What was really done and was it done correctly. I have a picture of the battery and the un hooked clips if anyone cares.

Dexter was great. He gave me an estimated time of 3 but warned me it might take a little longer because he wants to make sure it is done well and done right , so it made the wait time not an issue. He even set me up for an appointment for my next service. I was thinking of getting a couple more accessories installed. The great service I got makes me want to purchase the accessories and get them installed as soon as possible.

So far I have never completed a service wifhout car wash and oil change. As part of the first service to my new Rav4 Toyota didnt provided both. Without this basic things multi point inspection to new vehicle is nothing but mere formality. Im felt I wasted my 2 hours of time sitting for thia first service without any much value add.
