The experience was alright at best but I was more.miffed that I had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes for my vehicle to be returned.

My service issue was a 2 minute fix, I knew, service department knew it, two hours after my appointment time, a technician finally looked at my car because I complained due to the amount of time I had waited, to which I was informed no one had looked at my car yet, and low and be hold my car was fixed less than five minutes later. Wow? Why setup an appointment if you're not even going to look at my car at my apointted time? If I know it's a quick fix and you know it's a quick fix and I have an appointment why the two hour wait?
