Jesse was great but I anticipated getting my back up camera fixed only to find out they could not fix it. It was mentioned that there is something else wrong so we waited over 2.5 hours for nothing. I talked to quite a few of my friends who also had their cameras actually replaced. I'm so disappointed because it's a danger sometimes when backing up. Plus we are on Medicare and cannot afford to put out money to fix it our selves which is what Jesse said we would have to do. He also said that in recalls it is not necessarily a replacement. We feel mislead. I just can't tell you how upset we were, especially when my friends, there for the same reason, got their cameras fix.
