Jeff is the best. Have gone to other Fords and haven't been happy but with Jeff I've never had an issue

Thanks for not making us wait too long when it comes to picking up my truck. I understand being busy, but to be acknowledged when a Ford staff sees me waiting and letting me know that my vehicle is on its way in real time made a big difference. Also, the “service video” was a really nice. I don’t get to see bottom of my vehicle much. Haha!

I had a great experience with the service department. The my service rep was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed before expected, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. This is now the second time your service dept has let me down. You had my car for over 8 hrs today and never got to it. I had to call in at 4:30 to see when it would be done to find out it was never touched. I spent over $35 in Ubers today because you don’t have loaners which is crazy considering this was for recalls done by Ford. Your email is incorrect nothing was completed on my car and the link in email doesn’t even take me to your website. You guys need a severe overhaul

By far the worst experience I’ve had with going to any service shop. My car was good they worked on it fine however my issue is the time it took. It took about 10 hours for them to finish my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and did not get it back until 5:30 pm and this was with an appointment scheduled. Only estimated to take two hours, furthermore I was told they would only be there until 6 for me to pick up my car which in my opinion is highly unprofessional considering how long they took, I had just enough time to pick up my car.

Your company charges a 3% fee for credit cards, which I don't like but I understand, it's the price for doing business. Your 3% fee forced me to use cash, 3 one hundred dollar bills. Your company did NOT have the appropriate change for the transaction, all they had were five dollar bills. If your company is going to charge an additional 3% fee on credit cards, the least you could do is provide appropriate change, doesn't seem like much to ask. On a side note all the staff i came in to contact with were very friendly and professional.
