We were quoted a price that included an instant rebate for Michelin tires of 130$ then were told Woops sorry that expired in June. We believe they should have honored the quote we were given. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and had all of service done there. The lack of customer service and dishonesty is disheartening and we will no longer do business with Mastel Ford.

I really like this dealership! I’m not from the area but work in Olean and live in NH. I travel back and forth from NH almost weekly so I quickly rack up the miles making it so I need service every 6-8 weeks or so. Mastel Ford has helped to keep my truck in top running order which I greatly appreciate. They aren’t the cheapest but I believe one gets what one pays for and I pay for quality! Today I was very impressed with how the technician took a video of my truck and sent it to me and explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend this dealership for top quality work. I’m not looking for shortcuts with my rig and need it maintained perfectly and can’t afford a breakdown. Mastel has also been very good about getting me right in for service within a few days, this visit was handled in only one day of me calling! That is super impressive. I’ll be using Mastel for all my ford needs when on this side of my commute. Thank you Mastel Team!
