It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time was an hour and 30 minutes for an oil change only. Use to be about an hour for this type of service.

The 2020 explorer for my wife was honestly a terrible experience for her and was by far the worst vehicle we have ever had. BUT, my 2023 f150 has been the best vehicle I personally have ever had.
