Celso is an amazing service rep, always friendly and willing to work with me. He always make sure that my Subaru gets the best treatment! Desiree was great. Would have been nice to know the car seat in my back seat would be fully removed and unbuckled from its spot. My husband had to drive to Carson from Gardnerville on his lunch break to reinstall so I could pick up our 6 month old from his Carson daycare to go home in Gardnerville. Had I been warned about needing full back seat access, I would have made the appointment for the weekend when my kids would be home and not with me.
