Felicia was very professional from start to finish. She went over everything that would be done to my vehicle today. I talked about my concerns regarding the car. She explained what would be done & the cost. She let me know I needed a new battery & several filters to be replaced plus the cost. I agreed for them to be replaced. Before giving me tthe total to be paid she went over everything that had been done & the cost. I was very impressed with Felicia & will recommend her to all my Subaru friends. She goes above & beyond.

Everyone was very helpful and as nice as could be. That said, I'm very concerned about my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which has about 36,000 miles on it. I am only getting 23 miles to the gallon. That is unacceptable. I bought the Subaru because it advertised 35 miles to the gallon. I asked the nice young man I spoke with to ssaysomething to the service people. He did and the were: maybe it's the gas you're using. I only use Costco gas and I've used that in all of my cars for 20 years.. another response was well you're driving in the mountains and that can sometimes cause you to use more fuel. I drive up to the Mount Rose highway from Incline village a few days a week. Mostly I drive around town. I am extremely disappointed and I'm probably going to sell the car and go back to a Toyota RAV for a Honda CRV or something that gets better gas mileage. I have a friend who has an old seat RV and she gets 30 miles of a gallon. I am so saddened and disappointed by this car. I would have very much appreciated some acknowledgment by the staff I spoke with that no it wasn't okay and there must be something wrong with the car. Why else would that happen? I would never refer anyone to your Subaru dealership given my experience.
