Not EVEN CLOSE to being satisfied! I was charged when yall DID NOT fix the issue. 300.00 was given to yall as if I'm a charity case. Mind you, it took yall forever just to call us for the part. This was totally unacceptable!!!! Mind you, my son still has to drive with an unaided car that yall literally don't know where to start fixing it.

I felt Corey went well above his job. I have never had the counter person try to cross off obvious problems, maybe to save me money. But the problem needed a part replacement, which he had predicted. Corey showed me the old part & I could see the problem for myself. He offered to fill reservoir when it gets low, so the correct fluid is put in.
He also washed my Sorento for me!

My interaction with Kaitlyn Pittman was amazing. She has been the service assistant on both days this week to correctly inform me about all the services I would be receiving and the approximate times I would be waiting. On June 8th she was able to have the service team take a quick look at my car before my scheduled appointment time which allowed me to not have to wait on the shuttle driver because my car was ready. Then on June 12th my approximate appointment time wasn't until 10 am but because the service team was moving very efficiently I was able to get my quote before my appointment time of 10am. She had great customer service and made the process very easy.
