Our service appointment was somehow omitted from the schedule. Even without the needed time slot to service our new Land Cruiser, Chase immediately took action and worked us into his schedule. Chase didn’t have to go that extra mile but it’s exactly what keeps customers coming back! Thank you Chase.

Clayton is excellent, I never have any issues with his customer service. However, my issue is with the mechanics. I’ve had my vehicle for over 2 years now, & I’ve had to get my vehicle serviced on multiple times. Every time I leave, the problems with my car still remain. Nothing is ever properly fixed & it constantly feels like a complete waste of time & money. It feels like a slap in the face . Moving forward, I’ll be going elsewhere for future maintenance.

I went in with a punctured tire, and they could have simply put a patch on it and been done but it had more wear on it than I was aware of, so they replaced the tire the next day. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service they provided.
