Extremely disappointed with the service as my vehicle was scheduled for a simple oil change resulting in being towed back to the service department. The oil cap was not replaced resulting in oil covering the entire engine bay and smoke coming from under the hood. Once the vehicle was returned, visible oil remained over numerous area in the engine compartment. I was told the engine bay would be returned cleaned. This was the first service for a brand new vehicle purchase a few months prior.

I came in for a tire check and also asked that my maintenance required message be taken care of as well. During my last maintenance appointment, that did not get reset and I did not get a new sticker for rhe windshield. I live 30 minutes away and only go to Madisonville for vehicle servicing. They did not reset this again.

I bought a Kia shortage with lifetime warranty which means I have to do all service work through you all however you do not have the equipment to do diagnostics on my vehicle to take care of the check engine light. I plan to trade my vehicle in and get another but I can’t say it will be with Watermark.

Each time at your establishment I leave unhappy and feel like I wont come back. My first visit was great,after that I learned more about a shop charge. When asking about it I was told it was for the tv in waiting area, the drinks in frig and the wi fi. Today I used none of those amenities and was charged again. I asked again about the charge and was told it was shop charge as it stated on the receipt. I walked to car and noticed I did not receive a paper showing car inspection. I was told it was explained earlier when I signed a tablet. I asked for a copy because I can't print anything. I was told that they would be sending a video or something with the signing. A couple visits ago I was sold a coolant flush and told A special price was going on. When time to pay bill the actual price for time and supplies was marked out in front of me and increased by around $30 or more to get it up to the special price. Today's oil change was stated at approx $63 but charge was higher than that even when tax,shop charge were subtracted. I can continue but I need to do something consstructive like find a new oil change location..Thank You for the opportunity to express some of my frustration.0

Originally Had appointment on Friday. Got there and had to reschedule due to staff shortage. Never received a courtesy call letting me know beforehand. First time I had to pay for oil change since purchasing car. Nothing else was completed as far as inspections of fluid or tire pressure. I keep having issues with my radio and they say updates are being completed and I don’t think they are seeing the issue remains. Overall seem like they aren’t concerned about fixing it.

The estimate was for 149.00 plus tax and there was a 13.41 shop charge for repair???? My car was repaired in a very reasonable time and I’m satisfied but the extra charge was not expected. Thanks for a job well done.
