Please fix the software you use for scheduling appointments. You double booked me and someone else and it will likely lead to issues for your customers. Not a good thing. Other than that, I am generally happy with your service and Joseph is a great guy.

He kept me from wasting money on a rim (recommended by another garage) that would have done nothing to fix the problem. A front brake job also recommended by another garage that is not yet needed.
