Di Wu really came to my rescue. On my way home from picking up my
Granddaughter a motorist alerted me that I had a flat tire. I could not get help from a gas station but since I have been a long time customer at Wondries Toyota I dashed over just after 5:00PM in need of help. They found a large nail and had a replacement tire installed in time for me to get home to make dinner. Feeling helpless is no fun at 77 so I was so grateful for Di Wu’s commitment to service above and beyond. Thank you

I had made an appointment to get my car fixed. Gordon was in my service person. He had told me that he needed to order parts, so he made a new appointment for me to come back. When i arrived on monday for the appointment, i was told to wait in my car and someone would be right with me. I waited for about 40 minutes, and no one came. I got out of my car and asked someone why i was waiting for so long when i had an appointment. No one helped me, and when someone did, i was told that i didnt have an appointment and that they couldnt help me fix my car that day. I am extremely disappointed in gordon because he was supposed to make an appointment for me, but he apparently never did. It was such an inconvenience for me because i was late for work and had to reschedule a doctors appointment because of his carelessness. Thank god one of your service advisors was able to squeeze me in. Im really disappointed in the lack of service and care that i was provided that day, and the lack of responsibility from Gordon.
