Kanika was wonderful and I came back for follow service because of her. Nam Tran is also awesome in checking in cars. I got to the dealership before it was opened and saw him open and take charge of checking in all early arrivals before other employees started work. Very professional, efficient, and caring (he even reminded me to close my window after checking mileage since it was cold).

I believe my car was ready 1.5 hours before I asked. I was waiting at the dealership for 3.5 hours. I arrived at 7:10am. they couldn't find my appointment initailly. Paperwork for tire allignment show done at 9:30. I asked for status at 11am. They said just finished.
