Got a tire replacemnt turned out to be a faulty tire. When I went back today to ask for replacement, got scolded by service worker saying go find the previous service advisor that did your tire replacement. Dont ask me i dont know who did your tires.

I'm very unhappy with the service. I was told it would take 2hr for this service. My appointment was at 10:30 and my car was not ready till 2:30.
I wish I they would have told me it was going to take 4hrs so I can plan accordingly. I really hope they had better communication. My children can wait for 2hr but 4hrs. I needed to feed my kids. I would have not minded it as much if it was just me. But I had my kids. I was not expecting to wait 4hr!!
