I dropped off my car at 8:15am and had not heard anything from Di Wu in 4 hours. I finally decided to call around 1pm and then he tells me “oh yeah the service is done but there’s a few things we recommend” then goes on to a list of things. My car was supposed to be done by 10am and I did not get any updates from him usually I get a call within the promised time frame and then they let me know if my car needs anything I did not like his customer service or the fact that I had to call to see if my car was ready.
