For starters how about treating the women who booked an appointment and said exactly why they were there with some respect and hold off on the "man splaining". I literally spoke to multiple people explaining to me exactly what I was doing only for them to explain to me exactly what I already said back to me?? How is it I had to talk to about 5 people to get an actual answer, no apology until the end and God forbid a simple "our mistake", "my bad". Egos so big in all the men none of them were able to admit they were wrong about the information they were giving me trying to over charge me and explain to ME the part that I ordered all about it?? It was frustrating and this kind of stuff never happens to my husband. Misogyny and micro aggression at car dealer ships is so common against women but God today was just a reminder and a slap in the face. On top of this, get your prices in order, how are we getting quoted one thing on the phone and then upon arrival - 1. They have no idea their pricing 2. Not know the part that I order/talking about, the information is in the computer just pull it up?? 3. Explaining a part that I purposely did not order to me only to tell me what I ALREADY SAID?? The men here need some new training because what a ridiculous day it was.

So far I am pleased with the functioning of the car since its service; however, I felt that the servicing performed was not adequately explained. The estimated service was ~$299 but the final bill was over $700. I needed my car but I would like to have had the cost better explained.
