The whole team was amazing. From the salesmen in the front door to the service check-in, everyone was amazing with exceptional respect. The people I spoke on the phone as well were nothing short of exceptional, amazing quality. The facility was well maintained with an exphasis on cleanliness, as well as organized. Everyone from janitors to service team members to sales men and women were both careful and pushing in chairs and making the tables organized.

The representative was dismissive, ignored my concerns on the initial bill (a $3300 charge to put air in tires), and continued trying to explain recommended repairs that one of which was something I had already asked for when I brought the car in. It wasn’t recommended, it was requested. I called twice for updates and was put through to voicemail. I eventually got a text back saying not to worry and that he’d let me know when my car was ready to go home, but that still didn’t give me any idea. I was worried because I didn’t have a car and had to keep making arrangements for transportation. When I finally got the call about my car being ready, I was told there was another thing that should be done on my car. I said no. I don’t understand why I wasn’t informed of everything at the beginning and I don’t know why it was unreasonable to ask for an update/estimate.
