The service advisor scheduled a 10 am appointment for me on 2/17 to program my recently purchased key from your Parts dept. He told me to expect to stay there for about an hour. Yesterday I arrived there at 9;45 in line with all the cars, which is understandable. But when he finally saw me to write my service estimate, he said the wait is going to be two hours! When I asked him why that long when he only told me an hour last Friday I was there, he said because there are so many people that came! What's the point of making appointments then? He should have told me it's a first come, first serve. You people don't take your customer's time into consideration! I went there because I used to live in Alhambra and it's near LA where I currently live. But after my experience with your misinformation and wasting my precious time, I'm just gonna go back to Toyota of Glendale where i've been going 10 years ago. The past 10 years I owned a Lexus and was going to Lexus of Glendale. I was recently rear ended on the freeway and my Insurance totaled my car. So, I bought a used 2018 Toyota Rav4 as a replacement. I'll need to go to as Toyota dealer again but it sure won't be Wondries Toyota.

The service paperwork shows that a replacement cabin filter was recommended by the service tech, but I was never contacted about this. Had I been, I very likely would have authorized the replacement.

Most of the service shop, they try to maintain customers cars original status. But unfortunately Wondris did not respect customers. This is not 1st time. Last time after Rav 4 service I found out cabin is all messy. This time was terrible. I have a side bag next to gear box. Everything was on the floor. I was Wondries Toyota customer for a long time. Very disappointed.
