Service advisor provided great customer service. However the technicians that worked on my car and who cleaned my car provided less than satisfactory service. When I got into my car after service was completed all my settings were changed, seat pulled up to the steering wheel, mirrors changed and all front air vents moved to flowing air to the floor. Finger prints all over my screen settings and a huge fluid stain on the center console drawer side. There is no reason that technicians should have to tamper with any settings they are not driving the car far. This should be requested by owner before done and then to no put them back is more dissatisfying. In addition, the car was washed and still came back with dirt spots all over the top of the vehicle and the floors which were said to be vacuumed were still filthy. Luckily service advisor sent it back to be washed again, but I watched the wash technician speed in my vehicle returning it back to service and the windows were still dirty after the second time. The quality of service by technicians is lacks quality.

Highly dissatisfied. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a specific time a week in advance if it’s just going to take 4 hours after drop off to look at it especially when the issue I came in for was regarding a seatbelt not latching that should’ve only took about 5 minutes to diagnose and figure out a new one needed to be installed. And when asking the lady if I would have still had to wait the 4 hours if I decided to sit in the lobby, the only response I got was “probably”. I bought my car from this location and will most likely not return for any work needed/may need.
