Today I came with a schedule appointment to get my oil change and with a concerned about a rattle noise under the hood. Problem was solve but I don't think that I shouldn't had to pay for a diagnosis fee if it was part of my transaction service repair. That's my take away

Sales tech stated the cost of the oil change service is $121.00. However, he never mention that **** Smith is running a special for oil change for $89.99. I feel that a good sales tech would be transparent in disclosing the sales price.
Finally, the cashier seem irritated that she had to adjust the invoice.

No need, I will not be going back there again. I made a 1:30 appt. and was promptly there and told person I only wanted oil change and filter. One hour later a person came to me with car inspection and wanted to rotate tires, put in cabin filter and motor filter. I told him no and then had to wait another hour for my oil change. This is no way to do business or treat people.
