We were told to bring in our car at 8:00AM for the trailer hitch which is part of our new Bronco. Every other vehicle we bought came with that already installed. We called at 2:00 PM and were told that they didn’t start on it until just before lunch. I had asked for an early appointment so I could have it back in the morning. This was really inconvenient.
