I felt like tried to sell me services I did not need. Told me my battery failed and wanted to sell me a new battery. When I declined, he then ai it did not fail. That was mistake. Hmmmm. Also told me I needed an oil additive that ended up costing $89. Ridiculous. I don't like all the automated messages. What happened to speaking voice to voice with customers? I received a recall notice in the mail from David Wilson Toyota and then was told by Eduardo that there wasn't a recall on my vehicle. Another hmmmm? Was this some sort of scam to get me into service. And then a salesperson called me wanting to appraise my call for A trade in. I was not interested. Dealership feels slimmy now. Did not used to feel like that.

Tires were rotated just straight front and back. Need to have the fronts crossed to other side back. Also wasn’t given any options to repair my headlight filler on left side. Just told it can’t be done. Not pleased with my visit.
