Two days to diags and wouldn't provide loaner car. Told I would be called on Saturday and no one contacted me. Text got no response. I called on Monday and told car hasn't been looked at 8 vehicles in front of it. Broughr it in on Thursday 8:30am, 5 days and still 8th in line? Knew it was going to be a circus when showing up for appointment, one guy on the phone, 2 others discussing gardening, I go to the one sitting looking at the computer and was told Zach will take care of me, "he is the one on the phone". Go back to Zach and doesn't look up from the phone but isn't saying anything into the phone. After a minute says he will be with me without looking up. 2 minutes he says "I have to go, bye" and hangs up. Then wants to gaslight me by saying the wireless charger wasn't replaced, was a software update last time. Asked him why did the have my car for 4 days and call me after day one saying they will need the car longer since part was ordered. Asked Zach if it takes 4 days to push a software update to a car? The answer was yes. Whoever is reading this, would you like this level of service?

They never kept me informed, I was told the car would be ready by the end of the day Saturday or Monday, no word from anyone on Saturday so I assumed it would be ready by the end of Monday, no word all day Monday so I called at 3 PM, I left a message with the front desk, but no one called me back, I finally called back again at around five and they said it was ready, but it’s it’s not easy to make arrangements to go and pick up much less when they’re about to close. Would have been nice to let me know so wouldn’t have missed a day of work

I was unhappy with this experience. I made an appointment for 9:15am on Wednesday and was originally given a 24 hour estimate over the phone. When I arrived, Ethan told me it would be more like 48 hours and told me he would let me know if it was done earlier or if more time would be needed. On Friday, after over 48 hours had passed, I heard nothing. I emailed and called Ethan and struggled to get ahold of him. He never called me back after I left a voicemail. Finally he answered the phone in the afternoon and said my car had not even been looked at yet. Why did I bring it on Wednesday morning, then? I asked him to keep me updated. He said my car was 4th in line for service. On Saturday I called him twice for an update and he ghosted me. On Monday I emailed and called and he did not answer my phone call or email until he finally picked up the phone when I called around 1:30, and guess what? My car still had not been looked at. I asked him to please do the oil change and said I would be picking up the car today because what kind of dealership doesn’t have enough loaner vehicles and doesn’t look at the car after it’s been sitting in the shop for 6 days? I picked up the car after the oil change and will be taking my business to a different Hyundai dealership for the diagnostic testing.

They looked at my engine, why couldn't they find out what the sound was? And why did it have to take 3 days to look at the exterior door handle if you already had the car? That was main reason I took my car. I'm not satisfied at all. Nothing I needed done got taken care of or looked at even though you had my car already

They kept my car for 2 hours to tell me out of the cabin air filter, didn’t sent 20 point inspection results, didn’t fill tires, and my car is telling me I’m due for service in 900 miles. I wasted two hours at your service department for a cabin, air filter and inspection that didn’t get done.
