Usually, my car is washed after a servicing. This time I noticed it had not been washed. What’s up with that? Other than that, great customer service.

I brought my car in because it consistently wasn’t starting the first time I turn the key. I got my car back 2 days ago and the problem hasn’t been fixed. It still is taking between 3 and 12 turns of the key before it starts. Ethan was communicative. However, overall service when I go in is lacking. One person told me it was my fault that a new catalytic converter was needed. Ridiculous.
