Usually when I have to deal with car issues. Or car dealers, it is always a hassle and a horrible experience. This was the first time that I left and can truly say The experience from beginning to end was nothing but great.

My issue with the service department was their lack of availability of either a loaner car or rental car. The department has no loaner cars and would not have a rental car available for 20 days after my car was towed into the dealership for a total loss of oil due to the failure of a part covered under warranty. My car stopped running on a Saturday afternoon and could not be worked on until the following Monday. Fortunately, Uber was an option that I paid for myself to enable me to return home.
