I had to return because a technician failed to plug in my windshield wipers after the cowl was disassembled from my repair work on 10/24. I drive in the rain yesterday on the freeway without the use of my wipers. I brought my car in today to correct the error. I was not offered any apology nor any satisfaction offer for my inconvenience. Christopher simply said I would not be charged for correcting Escondido Toyota’s mistake after I asked if he could work on discounting my oil change. When I picked my car up when it was ready there was a delay as the technician who worked on my car today failed to put my glove box back in after inspecting my air cabin filter. Twice it seems there have been workmanship oversights with your technicians. I wrote Christopher a great write up for his service last time but today regretted wasting my time to do so. It’s as if correcting the mistake without an apology was the best he could offer. I did submit a contact submission on your website to the Service Manager asking for a reply and or call back.
I’ve been a loyal customer of yours and didn’t appreciate the lack of concern.
