My appointment was for 8am and Terrance checked me in. At about 9:30 or later I saw my vehicle park in a log jam of vehicles in the garage. I approached Terrance desk and ask him how much longer. He said it was ready and he was finishing the paperwork. It wasn’t until 10:02 I received a text advising me for additional services. It was about then I found out about the air cabin and car air filter not be replaced, something I requested at the beginning at 8:00 am. Terrance’s excuse was the mechanic didn’t send him a message. At 10:02 I did receive a text from Honda for additional service that my vehicle needed. At that point I’ve already been talking to the service manager who said that Terrance excuse wasn’t right and that’s why my car was brought back up to the service desk and was ready to go. I approached Terrance’s desk and waited for him to return. When he did I told him that I no didn’t appreciate him lying to me. We had words and I left as he said you got a free oil change. I told him I wanted my car fixed properly and that I expected that to happen because I brought it to Honda. At this time Christian was having had the Cabin air filter replaced. When walking with her to get my receipt,Terrance approached me and said in a hostile voice I didn’t lie to you and came towards me. Christian then put her arms around Terrance to detour him from my direction. I did feel threatened by his disposition. Meanwhile I’ve spoken with Bryan Okubo who wants to follow up on my repairs. I’m still currently driving with a loose sway bar & a leek which would have been fixed if the IGH service team hadn’t failed me.

Terrence was friendly and welcoming. He made sure we knew the plan of care and had a solution if the vehicle was going to be late. It wasn’t and he earned my business. I was a walk in and was still treated as if they’d been expecting me.
