When I first purchased my sonata unfortunately it wasn't with Corona hyundai it was garden grove hyundai. I believe we're you purchased your vehicle you get better service. We'll I no longer think that after taking my service to Corona hyundai after meeting Michael Vance. From day one has he always done a great job on servicing my vehicle. When I make a new purchase it will only be with hyundai Corona because of the service!.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize Hayden at the Hyundai dealership for his outstanding customer service. He assisted me with servicing my 2025 Santa Fe and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

Customer Service to me is very important as well as communication.
Greeting customers when they arrive is welcoming and I did not feel that today at Cardinale.
Communicating with me of what services will be done or any other value packages that were offered and were not discussed again as I could have changed my mind.
Once checked in, it would be nice to have given
an approximate time of when your car will be done.
These are some of the differences that make your Customer Service stand out.

The mechanics finished the service in a timely fashion, 90 minutes.Great. THEN i waited an additional 90 minutes for the car to be washed. Ridiculous. I would have much rather been offered to take the car dirty and have my hour and a half. No communication was attempted by Micheal Vance on this matter. I had to repeatedly ask about the car. Really poor communication on his part. Also seemed to get upset at me asking simple question's pertaining to the services *recommended adding up to $600 which i declined most of due to the responses to my questions.
