This is my second time coming here , the first time wasn’t too bad . The customer service wasn’t the greatest but it also wasn’t the worst (the first time) . Aside from my oil change taking about 3 hours last time ( with appointment) it didn’t compare to the weird passive aggressive customer service I received from Hayden this time. From the moment of my arrival to finalizing my paperwork . My fiancé also had his Hyundai serviced and Hayden made it clear to him that he wouldn’t take his coupon because he didn’t “ let him know before “ why would that even matter ??? A coupon is a coupon .. does a coupon change the quality of service you receive?? Can it get any worse ??? I hate to leave a bad review because Luis Tule was sooo much help when I was looking into cars last year . But the service department **** !!! I’m not sure I will continue to come to this location. Two bad experiences back to back . Two different cars being serviced . Ohhh not to mention … my car wasn’t reset the last time I had it serviced they put down I had it serviced in September which I didn’t !!! I kindly asked Hayden to check if it was updated this time before I left which he told me to refer to my service paper which shows me when my next service is … like just update the car ??? I’m not going to pull a paper out from time to time when the car should have been programmed to notify me of my next service .

Junior took care of me and I am completely happy with the service he provided me. He was great. My issue is that when I make an appointment to have my car serviced, I don’t expect it to be sitting there for two hours and not touched at all. That’s happened to me several times there and I don’t understand what the point of making an appointment is if I’m going to sit there for hours. I was thankful to Junior for making an Uber possible but yet it wasted my entire day.I have to bring my car back in again because you don’t have another part that’s needed under warranty and I’ll have to sit there for three hours even when I do have an appointment. My car has had to have four things replaced already and there’s only 33,000 miles on my car so I’m not extremely happy with this car.

Michael was very considerate, knowledgable about the problem with my vehicle.
Unfortunately, the price of a new ignition is beyond my price range. I am a 71 year old widow with very little money coming in.
I have reached out to another repair shop that is looking on how hw can minimize the price.
I have always taken my vehicle to Hyundai but unfortunately i cannot see this continuing.
