Mike was an outstanding help today when I had my car towed in. I know it’s not fun to work the day after a holiday but he was very kind and considerate of my situation. Having one tire and my spare both go flat right before I had to go to work was stressful but he allowed me to easily have a tow truck bring my car over no hassle, ordered new wheels for me, and had the technicians put on new wheels all within the same day without meeting me in person, which allowed me to get to work and make some much needed money. I was able to get my car the same day as well. Super grateful for him and the entire team that helped me today.

Jr. has helped me twice now, both times he has been great and very helpful. I had to bring my car in around Thanksgiving, which was stressful due to the holidays and need to go all over to see family. The second time was right before Christmas so also a stressful time to be without a car but Jr was awesome and got me back on the road both times and was very easy to deal with. While I hope I don’t have to come back soon due to more issues, if I do, I will certainly hope to work with Jr again
