My response is based on what I perceive to be poor communication between the sales group and the service department. The sales group said I would receive certain services when I returned to the dealership for the fifth time to receive my new vehicle’s second key FOB. The services weren’t performed after a 2.25 hour wait at the dealership.
Big disappointment on my part.

I would not recommend CardinaleWay Hyundai for several reasons.
First, I signed an agreement when I dropped off my car for what was supposed to be a complimentary oil change. Later, I was called and told the price would be over $120, and that they were also going to do a tire rotation that I did not request. I would expect them to clearly determine and communicate the total cost of service before beginning any work, especially while I am already there.
Second, the wait time was much longer than promised. I called an hour before arriving to ask about the wait time and was told it would be one hour. In reality, I waited over three hours. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue here.
This experience was a constant reminder that my next oil change — and any future service — will be done at a different Hyundai dealership.
