I was alerted that I needed to schedule appointment for two recalls for palisade. I made appointment an arrive to find out one of the parts is on back order for one of the recalls. I had to explain how not okay it is to not alert me before I show up for appointment that they would only be able to complete half the job. The manager was able to find a solution by calling another Hyundai to get the necessary part to get both recalls done, but I was told it would take 1 hour 45 minutes for both recalls to be done. It ended up taking close to 3 hours and 30 minutes. Jr was very nice and it's not his fault, but management needs to understand if you don't care about your customers time. They won't be a customer anymore
