It would have been nice to learn the safety recall was a 3-1/2-hour process before telling my wife that I “obviously” didn’t need a ride home but that isn’t on the service advisor, she was remarkably attentive/professional. In conversation with several other customers yesterday (I had an abundance of time to do so), a number of “actual completion time estimates” were missed.

He was friendly and professional. And the manager Kim was helpful also and made an exception for providing a Uber drive home even though I was only there for an oil change. Unfortunately, whoever took my phone call earlier, did not make me aware of that policy. So that person dropped the ball, but all was well in the end.
