I made an appointment in advance and dropped off my car on Friday night, 10/11. I asked if a loaner car would be available and was told that since it's not in for major repairs, a loaner vehicle would not be available to me. I was told it would be worked on Saturday. However, on Saturday, I was informed that the part needed to be ordered and would arrive on Monday 10/14. I was told it would be worked on first thing in the morning and should be available to pick up later in the day. I asked for a loaner because now I'm out of transportation for 3 days. I live in Chino Hills and work in Long Beach, and I had to get to work somehow on Monday morning. I was told no loaner would be available to me. Monday afternoon came, and I called to see if the car would be available, but was told it would not be ready until Tuesday. Another day without transportation. Tuesday came, I called for availability once again and was told the car would not be ready until Wednesday. I asked once again for a loaner and finally, I was told a loaner would be available only after I explained that I've been without a car for 4 days and I work in Long Beach. Due to traffic, I couldn't make it to the dealer in time. I work in Long Beach and I don't have the luxury to just leave my job. I picked up my car finally on Wednesday evening without a vehicle for 5 days. Upon picking up, there were no apologies for taking too long, no apologies for not providing a loaner vehicle sooner... nothing! I've had to resort to using ride share to get around for 5 days. It's not cheap to Uber from Chino Hills to Long Beach... round trip! Worst experience at any dealer I've ever had to deal with.

Michael Vance is the epitome of professional and patience. I was not the best customer to begin with and Mike chose to remain completely empathetic and curious to my frustrations. He was kind all the way through. He was kind to felt terrible for my daughter when she dropped off her car. Mike did everything within his power to assist us and alleviate any and all concerns we had. He is the example of a true professional and more importantly a gentleman.

I was happy that Michael called me when my car was ready at 1pm. So my input would be to slightly change the wording in the automated text saying your car is almost ready and is getting washed right now because I called back to make sure when I arrived it was “really” ready to be sure I didn’t need to wait in the lobby.

I would love someone to call me with knowledge of the part that needs to be replaced please? My concern is what if the other back side shock goes bad? Did they check both sides? Thank you, Laura
