At other Lexus service centers, a person actually explained the situation and didn’t just send a text. I would like to know more about what was done or not done to my vehicle. I assume that nothing is wrong with the car, but I really don’t know. I was in a “waiting room” that provided a chair. I am used to a more pleasant waiting room experience. I’m sorry but I would have to give you 2 out of 5 for the experience.

Robert is a mainstay of this service department. As the first face of the Service Department, Robert sets the tone of a customers experience. The techs solidify a customer’s experience by the excellent performance of their work. Robert ties out the experience. Robert is the face and voice of the Service Department. The Dealership and the Service Department are fortunate to have Robert’s technical expertise and superb interpersonal relationship skills upfront. Go back and look at my previous evaluations and they are consistent WRT the above comments.

He went above and beyond and even had my car pulled up and ready when I arrived. The text messages are also very helpful. I really enjoyed the video explaining the need for my water pump to be replaced. Usually I just get told I need to do something and trust the person but the video really helps eliminate any concern/speculation and offers transparency.

Alex went above and beyond! I came in without an appointment or a phone call as I have been in an accident. Within two days Alex had my vehicle service estimate, coordinated with my insurance company and began repair. He facilitated my car, going to the body shop from Lexus, making sure I had a good vehicle just every single thing you can think of was taken care of by Alex. I could not be happier.
