The customer service by Dylan was excellent.
After buying a brand new car in December and recently having to bring it in 2x for service due to faulty manufacturing issues, Bosak Honda especially Dylan have made it great to deal with through all these issues.
For being a Honda owner for over 25 years, I have been disappointed with all the issues we have had with this brand new car. we chose the high end hybrid CRV to avoid any issues as we were looking for a reliable vehicle as we travel a lot. The fact that this car had to have the wheel bearings and all 4 fuel injectors to be replaced is very concerning.
Overall, the only reason we continue to stay with Honda is because of Dylan’s customer service as he is always accommodating and pleasant to work with.
