1st visit was very good.. I do not rate people or places on only 1 visit.. I feel you have to get to know them and rely on subsequent visits to make a fair assessment..

I was satisfied until an hour after my service and tire rotation my low tire pressure light came on. Also all my dashboard settings were changed. Now I am afraid to drive my car. I have been bringing my car there for service since I purchased it new in 2022, and nothing like this has ever happened before.

I paid for a diagnostic being told this was needed to diagnose the problem with my steering. When I received the diagnostic, there was no mention of it, diagnosing the problem. There was a suggestion to replace the rack and pinion, but that did not come from the diagnosis as far as I can tell.
